Jobdesc :

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data.
  • Design and implement CRM strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s customer database, including updating customer information, cleansing data, and ensuring data integrity to ensure accuracy and up-to-date data.
  • Compile reports that provide in-depth insights into customer behavior, market trends, and the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs, including designing and implementing incentives, rewards, or other special policies aimed at retaining existing customers.
  • Implement or update CRM systems with projects involving multiple teams and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in managing customer data, including data entry, segmentation, and analysis.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer issues and complaints.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
