RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Recruitment Officer will responsible in fulfilling Man Power based on competencies required by conducting branding activities to attract candidates, conducting psychological testing and interview, negotiating salary & benefits, and conducting on boarding process for new employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology.
• Have working experience as Recruitment Staff minimum 3 years.
• Have intensive experience in recruiting for supervisory and managerial level.
• Have excellent knowledge about psychological testing, scoring, and making resume based on testing result.
• Excellent in conducting behaviour-based interview.
• Have good communication skill to various stake holder from different job level.
• Self-motivated, agile, good in working as individual and great in team work.
• Willing to be located in Bandung and traveling to working area around West Java.
