HR Officer

Supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organization development initiatives across Daya Group and its subsidiaries. This role partners with business units to execute talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and culture initiatives, while contributing to workforce planning, competency development, HR analytics, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship or working experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Human Capital, or HR Development is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Organization Development and people development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to collaborate with and support HR initiatives across Daya Group and its subsidiaries.
