STANDARDIZATION ASSISTANT MANAGER

5 years of working experience in managerial level and holding position in the field of Strategic Planning, Improvement Management or in Standardization.

Bachelor degree from all major.

  • Analyse existing business processes across all subsidiary company to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional process review sessions to map workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar tools.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all business processes are documented and standardized in clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Review and update SOP periodically to reflect changes in systems, organization, or regulations.
  • Coordinate with relevant function to ensure SOP compliance and proper implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from all major.
  • Have minimum 5 years of working experience in managerial level and holding position in the field of Strategic Planning, Improvement Management or in Standardization.
  • Have strong knowledge in Business Process Mapping (SIPOC or Flowchart).
  • Excellent in develop and analyse Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
  • Understand about Continuous Improvement, PDCA, Risk-Based Thinking and Design Thinking would be an advantage.
  • Excellent in analyse process efficiency and giving recommendation for improvement in existing process.
  • Having experience in ISO or another Quality Management methods.
  • Willing to be located in Bandung.
