Infrastructure Engineer Senior Supervisor (Agribusiness Industry)

Job Descriptions:

• Making good coordination with stakeholders; contractor, sub-contractor, user, internal management and team member
• Review and evaluation on tender process and tender documentation (consultant, contractor, and supplier) including design, BOQ, agreement and technical specifications
• Coordinating with Engineer, Surveyor and Drafter to making work plan, work methods & process, job distributions, time schedule and evaluation
• Organizing QA / QC documents (including ITP and Form)
• Supervising construction working process and make sure all the plans well executed
• Making evaluation and reporting of the working progress by vendors and make sure all meet the schedule and meet the RAB (budget and quality) until the project is done

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering / Architecture / Industrial Engineering with GPA min. 3,00
• Minimum 36 years old & maximum 40 years old
• Mastering basic planning in civil engineering / architecture and MEP and have strong knowledge about standardization of quality for civil / architecture projects (both national and international standardization)
• Have intensive experience in construction minimum 8 years and 5 years of experience in planning for big scale project (more than Rp. 50 Bio)
• Advanced in operation AutoCAD, Sketchup, BIM
• Strong in analytical data and project management
• Excellent making budget with strong in details, good in construction management and in project administration
• Excellent in using English both oral and written
• Strong in leadership, communication and negotiation skill
• Have driving licenses A and C
• Willing to be located in Kabupaten Bandung Barat
