Plantation Foreman (Mandor)

Managing team member in achieving daily target including: planting, fertilizing, watering, until harvesting several plants such as rubber plant, melon, and banana. Solving problem effectively & efficiently. Giving feedback through coaching & counseling to team members (daily performance, company regulations, work safety). Make improvements to optimize daily operation

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from Agro-Technology with GPA min. 3,00

Having at least 1 year working experience as foreman in plantation industries (Rubber & fruits) with good record in planting, fertilizing, watering and harvesting

Expert in handling pests, molds and another plant’s disease

Have agility and excellent in an under pressure environment
