Jobdesc :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data.
- Design and implement CRM strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments.
- Manage and maintain the company’s customer database, including updating customer information, cleansing data, and ensuring data integrity to ensure accuracy and up-to-date data.
- Compile reports that provide in-depth insights into customer behavior, market trends, and the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
- Develop customer loyalty programs, including designing and implementing incentives, rewards, or other special policies aimed at retaining existing customers.
- Implement or update CRM systems with projects involving multiple teams and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Customer-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in managing customer data, including data entry, segmentation, and analysis.
- Effective problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer issues and complaints.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience in customer service is preferred
