Jobdesc :

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data.
  2. Design and implement CRM strategies.
  3. Collaborate with various departments.
  4. Manage and maintain the company’s customer database, including updating customer information, cleansing data, and ensuring data integrity to ensure accuracy and up-to-date data.
  5. Compile reports that provide in-depth insights into customer behavior, market trends, and the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
  6. Develop customer loyalty programs, including designing and implementing incentives, rewards, or other special policies aimed at retaining existing customers.
  7. Implement or update CRM systems with projects involving multiple teams and resources.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  2. Customer-oriented.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Proficiency in managing customer data, including data entry, segmentation, and analysis.
  5. Effective problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer issues and complaints.
  6. Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Experience in customer service is preferred
