Developing, implementing and monitoring HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies. Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Conducting Talent Management to see and develop potential employee. Ensure all HR KPI are achieved

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree / Master degree from Psychology/Management with GPA min. 3,00
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager for 3 years or as HR Supervisor at least 5 years.
  • People oriented and process driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Development & People Development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Placement: Bandung
