Experience as Improvement Staff for 3 years

Corporate Improvement Officer will responsible in increasing employee’s awareness for improvement and make improvement as company culture by conducting coaching & counselling to increase quality of improvements & innovation projects, develop improvement guidance, setting new target and monitoring & evaluating improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from Management or Engineering with GPA min. 3,00.
- Have 3 years working experience as Improvement Staff.
- Have deep understanding about PDCA, Problem Solving Methods, SHE & 5R.
- Have good communication & social relation skill.
- Willing to be located in Bandung.
