Corporate Improvement Officer will responsible in increasing employee’s awareness for improvement and make improvement as company culture by conducting coaching & counselling to increase quality of improvements & innovation projects, develop improvement guidance, setting new target and monitoring & evaluating improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from Management or Engineering with GPA min. 3,00.
  • Have 3 years working experience as Improvement Staff.
  • Have deep understanding about PDCA, Problem Solving Methods, SHE & 5R.
  • Have good communication & social relation skill.
  • Willing to be located in Bandung.
