IMPROVEMENT OFFICER 

Improvement Staff minimum 3 years.

Bachelor Degree from Engineering/Management.

Improvement Officer will responsible in conducting improvement culture and make sure all employee are involved in improvement projects. Other responsibilities are to guiding & advising employee by conducting training, coaching clinic, & mentoring improvement projects and will involves in improvement conventions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering/Management.
  • Have working experience as Improvement Staff minimum 3 years.
  • Understand about improvement categories such as PPS, QCP, QCC, SS.
  • Excellent in using both improvement methodologies (DELTA, DMAIC) and in using improvement tools (Fishbone, Graphic, Check sheet).
  • Have good communication & interested in making social relationship.
  • Self-motivated, agile, good in working as individual and great in team work.
  • Willing to be located in Bandung and traveling to working area around West Java.
