Legal Department Head

Responsible in daily operation at Legal Department and to make sure all legal services meet the SLA. Making sure all agreement comply to regulation.

Supervising all litigation cases well executed both by internal and external lawyer. Handling all corporate actions including merger, acquisition, and conducting share holder meeting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree/Master degree from legal with GPA min. 3,00
• Have minimum 5 years working experience as Legal Manager
• Have advance experience in corporate action and litigation
• Have strong leadership and good in communication skill to all level of stake holders
• Placement: Bandung
