Sales Supervisor (4 Wheels)

• Define development plan for team members to meet organization needs according to the required competencies
• Lead & Manage team members, coaching, performance monitoring, provide feedback and guidance
• Develop and implement strategy to acquire new customer (retail/fleet)
• Arrange activities both online and offline to achieve the KPI targets from company
• Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from all major with GPA min. 3,00, maximum 30 years old
• Fresh graduate or 3 years experiences as Supervisor
• Active in social media is an added value
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage team
• Have Critical thinking skills and strong knowledge of analytics
• Able to work with targets and likes challenges
